This isn’t just a challenge. It’s a test of sweat, stamina, and serious team spirit. The Red Room Relay is where community meets competition in a high-octane, two-week showdown.

 

Split the classes however you like, 20 for teams of 2 or 40 for teams of 4. Then it’s time to bring it home with an adrenaline-fuelled treadmill relay where every second and every mile counts.

You and your teammates will tag each other in on the treads to see who can run the furthest, fastest, and fiercest in a set time. 

 

 

FAQs

Do I need to do the classes with my team?

Nope! You and your crew can train whenever, wherever. Just hit your 20 or 40 class goal collectively within the 2-week window.

Do all team members have to do the same number of classes?

Not at all. Divide and conquer. Just make sure your team hits the total.

How do we track our classes?

Your team will need to nominate their main studio, which is where your tracking card will be kept. Check off each class as you go. This will be your official record - so don’t skip it!

Can I do classes at different studios?

Absolutely. Just make sure you (or one of your teammates) checks the class off on your tracking card at your main studio.

Can we double up on classes in one day?

100%. Stack your days however it works for your schedule. Just get those classes done!

How many people per team?

 

You can register a team of 2 or 4. If you are flying solo, or are a team of 3 looking for a fourth member, fill out the form linked HERE and we'll help you out!

What is the Red Room Relay?

The main event. You + your crew tagging in on the treads to run the furthest in a set period of time.

Are there prizes?

Oh yes. Prizes, EXCLUSIVE merch, and eternal Barry’s bragging rights are all up for grabs.

What class packs can we use to participate?

You can purchase RRR class packs and share them across your team - or use any existing class pack or membership you already have.

The class packs available are:

Red Room Relay Single Class: $30 

Red Room Relay 10 Pack: $290 (includes priority booking) 

Will classes be different during the 2-week period before the Relay?

Nope - classes will follow the usual structure.

The two weeks leading up to the Relay are your time to train, build strength, and lock in that Red Room mindset.

The Red Room Relay event is the only class that will run with a different structure.
