Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday Run Club Specific Classes
Dedicated Run Club Barry’s sessions with Prue, Leo and Sarah – programmed to complement your run schedule and boost performance.
Weekly Saturday Community Run
Every Saturday at 9:15am - progressive outdoor runs building distance week-by-week. Free and open to all, finishing at MAKER for $10 coffee & pastry deals.

Tuesdays dial in tempo and endurance with progressive runs, fartleks, race pace blocks, and rolling hills.
Thursdays bring the heat with speed intervals, hill sprints, and punchy efforts designed to build explosive power and top-end speed.

Each week will vary between speed challenges, hill changes or distance challenges.
Starting Saturday 23 August, we’re hitting the streets every Saturday morning for community runs.
We'll build distance week by week with a clear goal: show up on October 12 feeling strong and ready.

No. Maybe you’re a day one runner, maybe you’ve been running for years. By combining running training with classic Barry’s workouts, we’ll get to the Melbourne Marathon finish line together - no matter your fitness level.
No, you can use any class pack for Run Club classes (you just might miss out on the exclusive merch)
Nope! Saturday Community Runs are free and open to all - everyone who runs with us will just need to register here.

They build each week, starting at 6km and increasing in distance to prepare you for Melbourne Marathon. The plan includes recovery weeks and tapering to get you ready race day.
All paces are welcome! Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just lacing up for the first time, you’ll be supported the whole way.
