Our 8-week running series, led by Kate, George, Reece & Emily, Run Club combines structured Barry’s programming with weekly outdoor community runs to keep you consistent through winter - whether you’re chasing a PB or just looking for a reason to lace up every week.
Throughout the series, book into dedicated Run Club classes built specifically to support runners, with programming focused on endurance, strength and tackling Heartbreak Hill with confidence.

The series is split into 2 x 4-week blocks, because consistency compounds.
Weeks 1–4 are all about building your foundation. Weeks 5–8 are where we boost performance, sharpen the work, and get you ready for that start line.
