Starting Sunday 14 June, we’re hitting the
streets every Sunday morning.

Starts at Barry’s Surry Hills | 6:45am arrival for a 7:00am start

 

No experience needed. Just good vibes, sweaty strides, and the support of the Red Room crew.

 Expect weekly surprises, giveaways and perks from our partners throughout the full series. Definitely not one to miss.

The series is split into 2 x 4-week blocks, because consistency compounds.

Weeks 1–4 are all about building your foundation. Weeks 5–8 are where we boost performance, sharpen the work, and get you ready for that start line.

Throughout the series, Kate, George, Reece and Emily will be leading our Run Club programming. 

While there are no longer classes specifically labelled as "Run Club", we recommend booking into classes with these instructors where possible, particularly on Tuesdays and Thursdays, as these sessions will feature the majority of our running-focused programming throughout the series. 

We'll also be running a number of special Run Club Team Teach classes across the 8 weeks, so keep an eye on the schedule for those too. 

Can't make their classes every week? No stress. Any Barry's class will help build the strength, fitness and consistency needed to become a stronger runner. 

For the best results, we recommend attending 3 classes per week throughout the series. 

Ideally, two of these would be classes with your Run Club leaders (particularly on Tuesdays and Thursdays), plus one additional Barry's class of your choice. And don't forget to keep an eye out for our Friday Run Club Team Teach classes. 

Consistency is what matters most. Three classes per week, combined with the community runs and your own running training, will help you get the most out of Run Club and arrive at your goal race feeling strong, confident and ready to perform.
