Put simply, the Studio Manager is the heart of our business! This key role is accountable for the day-to-day operations of the studio, maintaining the overall experience for clients, as well as supervising the team, and ensuring multiple departments run smoothly. The Studio Manager ensures all the pieces are accounted for and connected, and also work in partnership with other managers as well as the corporate team, to ensure consistency and targets are met. The Studio Manager is also the primary driver of the local community and corporate marketing for the studio. As a Front Desk team member you’ll be the first line of contact for Barry’s members. You will provide superior customer service and provide support to our clients regarding class selections, membership queries, Fuel Bar orders and merchandise purchases. When meeting and greeting our customers, you will be charismatic and energetic, ensuring our customers feel welcomed into the Barry’s community. Our Maintenance team is essential to the operation of our fitness studio! They keep our equipment and studio clean and inviting for clients, ensure everything is in operating order, and provide exceptional customer service. This position has numerous responsibilities dependent on the roster to ensure that, at any point of the day our clients are provided with pristine facilities in which to enjoy the Barry’s experience.
