Put simply, the Studio Manager is the heart of our business! This key role is accountable for the day-to-day operations of the studio, maintaining the overall experience for clients, as well as supervising the team, and ensuring multiple departments run smoothly. The Studio Manager ensures all the pieces are accounted for and connected, and also work in partnership with other managers as well as the corporate team, to ensure consistency and targets are met. The Studio Manager is also the primary driver of the local community and corporate marketing for the studio. Attention management superstars - we are hiring! The Fuel Bar Manager will be in charge of managing and overseeing the Barry’s Bootcamp  studio Fuel Bar as well as working with the management team to ensure the studio is exceptionally maintained and customer service is upheld to Barry's Bootcamp high standards. As a Front Desk team member you’ll be the first line of contact for Barry’s members. You will provide superior customer service and provide support to our clients regarding class selections, membership queries, Fuel Bar orders and merchandise purchases. When meeting and greeting our customers, you will be charismatic and energetic, ensuring our customers feel welcomed into the Barry’s community. In the absence of a Studio Manager, this role is key to maintaining the day-to-day operations of the studio and the strong culture that is uniquely Barry’s. They are responsible for supervising the team and ensuring multiple departments run smoothly to provide our clients with a seamless Barry’s experience. You will provide superior customer service and support to our clients regarding class selections, membership queries, Fuel Bar orders and merchandise purchases. Our Maintenance team is essential to the operation of our fitness studio! They keep our equipment and studio clean and inviting for clients, ensure everything is in operating order, and provide exceptional customer service. This position has numerous responsibilities dependent on the roster to ensure that, at any point of the day our clients are provided with pristine facilities in which to enjoy the Barry’s experience.

The Assistant Manager supports the Studio Manager in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the studio and the overall experience for clients, as well as supervising the team, and ensuring multiple departments run smoothly.  This role assists in ensuring all the pieces are accounted for and connected, and also works in partnership with other managers as well as the corporate team, to ensure consistency and targets are met. The Assistant Manager provides support towards local community and corporate marketing for the studio.
